Step 2
Prepare and Attend your Scheduled TeleHealth Consult or Follow-up Visit
Once you register and pick your appointment's date/time, you will receive an appointment calendar link, reminder emails, and a link to the intake medical forms.
You will then attend your TeleHealth Appointment with a licensed provider.
This provider is your dedicated provider for your time with Pure Health and wellness.
Step 3
Medication Delivery
When you and your medical provider decide on a medication therapy, your provider will order your medications thru our accredited Pharmacy partner.
You will receive your medications directly to your door along with medication instructions and any other supplies.
Your journey begins once you take your medication!
Step 4
Follow-up
At your TeleHealth Visits, you and your provider will set up a follow-up appointment.
You can easily reschedule via the booking appointment portal.

Pure Health and Wellness is an all inclusive medication therapy program utilizing GLP-1/GIP medications. You don't pay for your visit unless you chose to start or continue a medication. (Medication, shipping/handling, and other supplies all included upfront in 1 plan before you decide.)
