Pure Health and Wellness 

This is a voluntarily program for medically managing weight loss that patients choose to participate in with Pure Health and Wellness.

Telemedicine services offered through Pure Health and Wellness are not Emergency Services and in the event of an emergency or urgent medical issue, patients are instructed to use a phone to call 911, go to the emergency department, or go to an urgent care.

Video conferencing technology and/or phone consultations will not be the same as a direct patient/health care provider visit due to the fact that you will not be in the same room as your health care provider.

 Telehealth consultation has potential benefits including easier access to care, decreasing costs, and allowing visits to be performed from the comfort of your home. 

Telemedicine services offered through Pure Health and Wellness do not constitute primary care.
